This piece focuses on two different water issues in the community of Slatter’s Court. First that the Central Valley is a former inland sea that is now irrigated for agriculture and second where sewage pipes leak under substandard housing conditions. The video is projected inside the bathtub and the sound travels through copper pipes and faucet.
